How To Create A Podcast That Could Change The World?
Hi everyone!
This week was a tough one. We had our midterms, and I have to tell you, I was really being tested! It was so tiring, but I’m glad it’s over now 😊
This week was also full of assignments, and one of them was creating a podcast! This was one of the most exciting ones for me. Since the day our instructor showed us the syllabus for the ICT course, I’ve been waiting for this. I’ve always loved podcasts—especially serial killer ones! I know it’s weird, but they’re my favorites.
In my podcast, I talked about an idea to improve the world: a National Volunteer Day! Once a year, everyone would volunteer to do something good for the world or for other people—and it would only be for one hour. That makes approximately 8 billion hours. Can you imagine the results?! 😯😍
It was actually harder than making an infographic. It wasn’t the process itself, but my anxiety. I’ve always been anxious about recording myself or joining online classes. I don’t even know why.
I’m not sure if I would give a similar task to my students, because, just like me, they might feel anxious too. But the future generation will probably be better than me at using technology, so they may not feel the same way. So, this could be a great task to improve their pronunciation, fluency, sense of responsibility, and tech skills!
If you'd like to listen to my podcast, I'll leave a link for you.
Thank you for reading and being here with me.
Until the next task,
Au revoir!
